Clampco Products, Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer of custom-engineered clamp products, has been recognized by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer as a 2025 Northeast Ohio Top Workplaces award recipient. The honor, earned by only 188 organizations this year, is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a confidential survey administered by Energage, LLC.

The survey measures key aspects of workplace culture including respect, support, professional growth and empowerment. More than 137 Clampco employees participated, making the recognition particularly meaningful. “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO.

This recognition adds to another defining milestone in the company’s history. In 2023, Clampco transitioned to 100% employee ownership through an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). Founders Jim and Linda Venner selected this path to secure the company’s long-term success while ensuring employees directly benefit from its growth.
