Annually, The Cleveland Plain Dealer recognizes 150 companies in Cleveland as Top Workplaces based solely on surveys about the workplace completed by their employees. In 2011, Clampco Products ranked 56th in the Small Business category (defined as 50-149 local employees). Significant growth and an increase in workforce moved Clampco from the Small to Midsize Business category (defined as 150-499 local employees) in 2013 where they ranked 18th. Subsequent winning years have ranked Clampco 13th, 11th, and 18th in 2017. In 2019, Clampco is pleased to be honored once again with this award, ranking 20th in the Midsize Business Category.
